The Milad Telecommunication and Television Tower ranks as the fourth tallest tower in the world, and its concrete apex is regarded as the highest tower top of its kind globally.
The surveying, design, simulation, fabrication, and installation of the steel spiral stairways\u2014both left-handed and right-handed\u2014particularly those leading to the revolving restaurant at the top of the structure, were carried out by Dimeh Company and are among the company\u2019s proud achievements.

In the apex structure of the Milad Telecommunication Tower, a series of steel stairs are used to provide access to the various levels.
\nBecause these stairs are arranged in a crisscross pattern, they also serve in part as wind bracing.
\nThe stair structure is box-shaped, consisting of two layers of steel plate spaced apart to form a box section.
\nThese box sections are located on both sides of the stair treads.
